Implementation Liaison

The Implementation Team will work closely with you to ensure the success of your implementation by helping with the initial setup, guiding you through all of the major payroll milestones for a smooth transition. Once you are fully implemented, your dedicated Account Executive will provide ongoing support for all your payroll and HCM needs and will be your main point of contact moving forward!

Setup & Training

SBS Payroll’s commitment to you includes a thorough approach to setup and configure our solutions. As all SBS clients’ needs vary from others, specific implementation timelines are not assigned. Once all setup information is received, we can focus on your unique training needs, as well as the implementation of additional related solutions.

Account Executive

A single point of contact is a proven optimal service level strategy and its no different here at SBS. As stated earlier, once you are successfully implemented on to the iSolved platform, all your needs moving forward will be addressed by your dedicated Account Executive. Here, no question is too small and we will give you as long as it takes. Your Account Executive is truly here for you!

In Person Communication

We love to see our clients’ smiling faces and we’d encourage you to set up a tour of our offices to meet all of our staff. Additionally, expect to see your District Sales Representative from time to time, they like to share SBS goodies upon occasion.

Have a question, or need assistance with an urgent matter? Just dial or email your dedicated Client Account Executive or the Client Services Team at # 855-591-9864 for immediate assistance. The Client Services Team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time.
