To best serve the on-boarding needs of new clients, former Operations Supervisor, Jeanette Duran, is now effectively appointed Implementation Supervisor of the NEW Implementation department!

Jeanette will oversee a team of knowledgeable professionals that will focus solely on facilitating new client implementation with SBS’s payroll and human capital management services.


  • 8 years in payroll industry
  • 6 years of tenure with SBS Payroll
  • Early customer service experience honed at Disneyland
  • Attending Orange Coast College for Associate Degree
  • Goal: Obtain Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certificate in 2016/2017
  • Positions held at SBS:
    • Account Executive
    • Tax Specialist
    • Client Services Manager
    • Operations Supervisor

Please join us in also welcoming back Ian Harris to the SBS family as the NEW Operations Supervisor!  As all implementation processes will be managed separately, the Client Services team under Ian’s supervision are now dedicated to serving the needs of existing clients.

Ian is a seasoned payroll and HRIS veteran and returns to SBS with his wealth of customer service experience and management.


  • 13 years’ Client Services experience in the payroll, HRIS and human capital management arena
  • Previous employment includes Paychex, SBS Payroll and Ultimate Software
  • Cultivated early customer service experience for 6 years at Disneyland
  • Positions held:
    • Branch trainer
    • New Account Setup
    • Client Services Manager
